IS THERE A REQUIRED DEPOSIT?

Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event’s date, time, and venue. This deposit ensures everything is set for your unforgettable art experience! It covers the organizer’s ticket, or for the Paint The Bride Package, it applies to the bride-to-be’s ticket, making planning seamless and stress-free.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS FOR THE EVENT?

Easy Booking Process

Our Huntsville Art Supplies coordinator will send an invoice for a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. For the Paint The Bride Event, it covers the coordinator and the bride’s fee. Once paid, you’ll receive a unique event link to share with attendees, allowing them to buy tickets and select personalized add-ons—making it budget-friendly and hassle-free for party organizers!

SOME OF OUR PARTY HAS DROPPED OUT, CAN WE GET A REFUND?

We understand plans can change! Refunds for individual dropouts are available with at least 48 hours’ notice. Simply send an email to events@huntsvilleartsupplies.com with the details, and we’ll process your refund promptly to keep your event planning stress-free.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL?

We want your art event experience to be seamless and stress-free! Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event’s model, date, time, and venue. This deposit is applied to the organizer’s ticket (or the bride-to-be’s ticket for the Paint The Bride Package) and is not eligible for refunds or credits.
  • Individual Dropouts: If a party member needs to drop out, refunds for their ticket are available with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please email events@huntsvilleartsupplies.com with the details, and we’ll process the refund promptly.
  • Event Cancellation: If you need to cancel your entire event, notify us via email at events@huntsvilleartsupplies.com with at least 48 hours’ notice. Payments (excluding the $100 deposit) will be converted to a credit, valid for any future class within 90 days.
  • No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit all payments, including the deposit, and are not eligible for credits.
  • Special Circumstances: Our team reserves the right to offer flexibility at the owner’s discretion, so feel free to reach out with any concerns.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO IF SOMEONE IS ADDED TO THE PARTY?

The more, the merrier! If someone wants to join your art event, simply share your personalized event page link with them. They can register directly through the page, ensuring a smooth addition to your creative party.

DO YOU ONLY DO BACHELORETTE PARTIES?

As a venue for gatherings, we cater to various celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, 'Freedom parties,' LGBTQ+ events, reunions, and girls' nights in.

IS IT STRICTLY FOR WOMEN?

Our events are all inclusive!

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE?

There is no minimum, we have a maximum of 15 participants
