Huntsville Art Supplies Return, Class, Membership & Subscription Policy
By purchasing products, registering for classes, enrolling in memberships, subscribing to recurring programs, or participating in events offered by Huntsville Art Supplies, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Huntsville Art Supplies reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Business Days
Huntsville Art Supplies is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. These days are not considered business days for the purposes of processing returns, exchanges, cancellations, customer service requests, claims, or refunds.
Retail Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

A return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase for in-store purchases or 14 calendar days of delivery for shipped orders.

Items must be unused, unopened when applicable, and in their original packaging.

Items must be in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is required.

Customers must obtain return authorization before returning merchandise.
Huntsville Art Supplies reserves the sole right to determine whether returned merchandise meets eligibility requirements.
Returns submitted without prior authorization may be refused.

Unless otherwise required by law, all sales of these items are final.
Product Variations & Manufacturer Characteristics
Many products sold by Huntsville Art Supplies are handmade, artisan-crafted, vintage-inspired, natural-material, imported, or specialty products.
Variations in:

Color
-
Texture
-
Finish
-
Distressing
-
Packaging
-
Labels
-
Manufacturer markings
-
Natural material characteristics
-
Wood grain
-
Surface imperfections
-
Batch-to-batch variations
are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.
Such variations do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, credits, discounts, replacements, or claims.
Membership & Subscription Programs
Membership Terms
Memberships and subscriptions reserve a dedicated place in a class, group, program, or recurring creative experience.
Membership fees secure a participant's place regardless of attendance.
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
Membership pricing, schedules, instructors, locations, benefits, included supplies, and program formats may change at any time at the sole discretion of Huntsville Art Supplies.
Automatic Renewal
Memberships and subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing schedule selected at purchase.
It is the member's responsibility to manage, pause, or cancel recurring billing before the next billing date.
Failure to attend sessions does not cancel a membership.
Attendance & Missed Sessions
Memberships function similarly to a gym membership.
Because a place is reserved specifically for the participant:

Missed sessions are not refundable.

Missed sessions are not transferable.

Missed sessions do not roll over.
-
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
-
Partial attendance does not qualify for a refund or credit.
No refunds, credits, discounts, or extensions will be issued due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, weather concerns, work obligations, transportation issues, or other personal circumstances.
Membership Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.
Cancellation requests received after billing has occurred will become effective at the conclusion of the current billing period.
Membership fees already charged are non-refundable.
Workshops, Classes & Events
Registration fees for classes, workshops, demonstrations, events, private lessons, and creative experiences are non-refundable unless Huntsville Art Supplies cancels the event.
If a participant is unable to attend a registered event, no refunds are provided.
Store credit may be offered at Huntsville Art Supplies' sole discretion.
Huntsville Art Supplies reserves the right to refuse transfers between classes, events, memberships, workshops, or programs.
Instructor, Schedule & Program Changes
Huntsville Art Supplies reserves the right to:

Change instructors

Change locations
-
Modify schedules
-
Modify program formats
-
Reschedule sessions
-
Substitute instructors
-
Adjust class content
-
Cancel programs
at any time without liability.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
Customers must notify Huntsville Art Supplies within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:

Photographs of packaging

Photographs of shipping materials
Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be denied.
Huntsville Art Supplies may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the item

Exchange the item

Issue store credit

Deny the claim
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Huntsville Art Supplies determines an error occurred.
Huntsville Art Supplies is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Delayed packages
-
Carrier errors
-
Weather-related shipping delays

Porch theft
-
Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Packages returned due to customer error may incur additional shipping, handling, or restocking fees.
Refunds
If a return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Huntsville Art Supplies.
Creative Rewards Program
If rewards points, store credit, loyalty rewards, or promotional credits are used:

The rewards portion of the transaction will not be refunded as cash.

Earned rewards associated with refunded purchases may be removed.

Returned merchandise may result in loyalty point adjustments.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before fulfillment may be subject to a cancellation fee or restocking fee.
Special orders, custom orders, and products procured specifically for a customer may incur fees of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process, if eligible.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Products are purchased and used at the customer's own risk.

Customers are responsible for determining product suitability for their intended purpose.

Huntsville Art Supplies is not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Huntsville Art Supplies' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product, class, membership, subscription, or service giving rise to the claim.
Participation in classes, workshops, events, demonstrations, memberships, and creative activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
