Huntsville Art Supplies is closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. These are not considered business days when calculating processing and response times.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of the purchase date

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Clearance, custom, and special-order items are final sale and non-refundable

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


🎁 Creative Rewards & Refunds

If Creative Kudos were used on a purchase:

  • The portion of the purchase paid with rewards will not be refunded as cash

  • Redeemed Creative Kudos may be returned to your account if the item is returned

  • If a purchase is refunded, any Creative Kudos earned from that purchase will be removed from your account

Partial Returns

  • Refunds will be adjusted based on the value of the returned items

  • Any associated rewards may be partially adjusted or reissued

Return Eligibility for Shipped Items

  • Items must be returned by mail within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Huntsville Art Supplies is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items (Shipped Orders)

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once reviewed, we will:

❌ Order Cancellations & Restocking Fees

  • Orders canceled before fulfillment may be eligible for a refund

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to:

    • Special orders

    • Bulk purchases ($300+)

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
