Huntsville Art Supplies Shipping Policy

Huntsville Art Supplies proudly ships throughout the United States and also offers convenient in-store and curbside pickup at our Lowe Mill location.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, special events, severe weather, inventory counts, high-volume sales periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed after business hours, on holidays, or on days when Huntsville Art Supplies is closed will be processed on the next business day.

Submitting an order does not guarantee immediate shipment. All orders are subject to inventory availability and payment verification.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using carriers selected by Huntsville Art Supplies, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other qualified shipping providers.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Huntsville Art Supplies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Labor disputes
  • Government actions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping charges are non-refundable due to carrier delays.


Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Huntsville Art Supplies is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order is reshipped.


Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first:

  • Check with household members and neighbors
  • Verify the shipping address used at checkout
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

While we will assist when possible, Huntsville Art Supplies cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@huntsvilleartsupplies.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the interior packaging
  • Photos of the exterior shipping box

Please retain all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipment due to carrier regulations, hazardous material requirements, size limitations, or destination restrictions.

Huntsville Art Supplies reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally or safely shipped.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, Huntsville Art Supplies reserves the right to hold, verify, cancel, or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or misuse.


In-Store and Curbside Pickup

Customers selecting pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.

Please do not arrive before receiving pickup confirmation.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be canceled and refunded at Huntsville Art Supplies' discretion, less any applicable fees.
