Secondhand Art & Craft Supplies in Huntsville

Donate Art & Craft Supplies in Huntsville

Have art or craft supplies you no longer need?

Give them a second life through Huntsville Creative Reuse. Your unused supplies can become someone’s next painting, project, journal, gift, or creative idea

We accept select clean, usable art and craft materials at Huntsville Art Supplies.

It’s a simple way to donate art supplies in Huntsville, clear out your stash, and keep usable creative materials in circulation.

Before You Donate

Huntsville Creative Reuse is part of Huntsville Art Supplies, a small local business.

We are not a nonprofit donation center, so donations are not tax deductible.

Accepted materials may be sold, used in kits or workshops, shared in community projects, or discarded if unusable.

Right to Decline Materials

We may decline materials because of safety, condition, space, staffing, or resale value.

Once accepted, materials become the property of Huntsville Creative Reuse. They may be sold, reused, donated forward, bundled into kits, used in workshops, or discarded if needed.

What to Donate!

1

Easels, Portfolios & Studio Tools

Have an easel collecting dust?
A portfolio sitting empty?
A palette knife you never loved?

Bring it in and let another artist give it a whirl.

2

Brushes Ready for a New Artist?

Making room for better brushes?

If your old brushes are still in decent condition, bring them in for possible store credit.

Your brush upgrade fund can get a little closer to Rosemary or Silver Black Velvet β€” and another artist gets brushes they can use.

3

Sketchbooks & Canvases Need a New Home?

Have a sketchbook you never really clicked with?

A canvas taking up space for that project you swear you’ll start someday?

Bring them in and give another artist the chance to turn them into something new β€” instead of letting them collect dust in your studio.

5

Paints and Pastels

Have watercolor, gouache, acrylic, oil paint, or pastels you never really used?

Bring them to Huntsville Creative Reuse for possible store credit toward supplies you’ll actually use β€” while giving another artist the chance to play, practice, experiment, and find their groove.

6

Markers and Inks

Have alcohol markers, acrylic markers, inks, dip pens, or calligraphy pens you haven’t touched in months?

Give another artist the chance to bring life to their art with reusable tools to test, letter, draw, and create with them.

  • Easy to use

We may decline items that need too much cleaning, sorting, testing, repair, or disposal.

How Store Credit Works

Some accepted supplies may qualify for store credit.

Credit depends on:

  • Condition
  • Usefulness
  • Demand
  • Resale value
  • Current inventory needs

Store Credit Is Not Guaranteed

We usually do not offer credit for:

  • Unsorted bulk drop-offs
  • Items that need heavy cleaning or testing
  • Supplies we cannot resell or reuse

Credit Takes Time

Store credit is not given at drop-off.

Please give us time to sort and review your supplies carefully. This helps us offer a fair credit amount and keep Huntsville Creative Reuse sustainable for the creative community.
