At Huntsville Art Supplies, we’re all about bringing you top-notch art materials to fuel your creativity. If we don’t have what you need in stock, our pre-order system (and a bit of community magic!) can make it happen. Here’s the scoop on how it works, including what happens if we need to bring in a brand-new vendor.
How Pre-Orders Work
New Vendor Process: If we don’t currently carry the brand you want, it can take up to 4 weeks to establish a relationship with the vendor.
Some brands require a minimum purchase amount, so we may need to rally the community for crowdfunding through pre-orders to meet that threshold. Once we submit the first order, that product will become part of Huntsville Art Supplies’ future stock—score!
- Availability Notice: If an item is unavailable or delayed, we’ll reach out directly with an estimated arrival date.
Payment & Cancellations
- Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
